I'm taking a group out to Pescadero Creek County Park this weekend and looking for some advise. First is there any potable water at Shaw Flat or Tarwater campsite? Also we plan on parking at Sam MacDonald County Park and would like to take the hardest trail first, I'm thinking that is Heritage Grove Trail-Canyon Trail instead of Brook Trail? Thanks for any help~Sean

Feb 1, 2011 at 8:00 am #1690902I love both of those camps. Little hidden gems, especially shaw flat. No water@ the camps but great water in the creek.
