Hey Everyone,
My Cuben Fiber CTF3 Bear Bag Pro Kit is now in stock. It is the worlds lightest bear bag kit at 2.75oz w/o Opsack and 4.25oz w/Opsack. The kit includes one odor proof 12"x20" OpSak, one 12"x 20" cuben fiber roll top drybag , one 4"x6" cuben draw cord rock sack, 50' of our new Guywire 2mm braided Dyneema 975lb test cord and one Microbiner (Micro D Carabiner).
The cuben fiber roll top drybag is our standard drybag that measures 12"x20" after rolling 4-5 times (12"x24" before rolling). This cuben fiber drybag is big enough to fit a standard 12"x20" Opsack after rolling. The cuben rock sack is built using Cuben Tech's Cuben Fiber CTF3 CT5K.18 which is their 1.5oz sq yard extra heavy duty film material for added durability. The Guywire 2.0mm braided Dyneema cord is made using 100% Dyneema fiber and yields the highest strength, lightest weight, lowest stretch and longest wear life available. We installed a dead eye at one end and weaved the cord back into itself at the rock sack that way there were no knots to come loose. The microbiner is not weight rated but we have tested it up to 100lbs without any sign of failure, they weigh 3 grams and come in assorted colors.
