Short one night trip to the island over sea ice. Ice was about 2" to 4" thick. One night and good food!

You icy trip looked quite cold. I don't know how you Nordic guys do it. You seemed quite confident walking on top of the ice. How did your hammock setup in the shelter work out? Was that an emergency blanket draped over your nest?

Walking in to ice i have always ice claws and stick with metal head. Safety first.My friend sleep in the hammock. There was 5 emergency blanket wrapped around DIY hammock.
