Nov 9, 2010 at 7:42 pm #1662715thru-hiker.com sells it retail $14/yd
Nov 9, 2010 at 9:13 pm #1662752I know about thru-hiker and MLD, but still wondering who actually manufactures this fabric.
Nov 10, 2010 at 5:37 am #1662794No idea who the manufacturer is but Outdoor Wilderness Fabrics (www.owfinc.com) sells it for around $10, depending on taffeta or ripstop. They simply call it 20 denier nylon, but it is exactly the same – I have both theirs and thru-hiker's and they are identical.
Nov 10, 2010 at 7:18 am #1662815It is made in Japan.

I find it interesting that the fabric is made in Japan.
