So here is a picture of the tool I finally settled on. I bought two $5 Staples brand 3 hole punches in order to make one punch that would punch 5 holes at a time. I made an absolutely perfect row of holes along the bottom of a BPL unpunched Ti windscreen… cut down to 15″ long for a beer can… in well under a minute… with no measuring, no templates, no markings needed, no de-burring… just this simple $10 tool. Best of all… like a true ultra-lighter… this tool is dual purpose! I can also use it as a 3 hole paper punch :)
