If you want an affordable but good woodgas stove, visit my shop!
If you don't want to invest $100 on a woodgas stove and don't quite have the time to make your own, this is a good option.

Jul 4, 2010 at 2:49 pm #1626204What weight?
Jul 4, 2010 at 4:46 pm #1626220Thanks for the feedback
Check the website for specifications–weighs 5 1/2 oz.
Jul 5, 2010 at 9:51 am #1626323Nice that is just what I am looking for.
Does the wire pot stand fit down in the chamber for storage? And do you know which pots it fits in?
Jul 5, 2010 at 10:44 am #1626327Aaron, he has stated the storage dimensions of the stove. Can you measure your own pot to see if it will fit?

Jul 5, 2010 at 11:11 am #1626333Yes I saw the storage dimensions. The reason I was asking is I don’t have a tall deep pot . I see on his site is using a GSI boiler which model is that? and does he have any recommendations.
Jul 5, 2010 at 2:19 pm #1626396Hi Aaron,
Yes the pot stand does store in the chamber. The pot I'm using in the picture is a GSI Pinnacle Soloist. I understand that it will also fit similar pots such as the Snow Peak 900. Your pot has to be about 5" tall if you want it to fit in. Alternatively, I used to store it in a MSR Titan Kettle. The top of the stove stuck out a little bit so I just put it in a stuff sack and cinched the cord on it.
Hope that helps
Jul 6, 2010 at 9:01 am #1626561Thanks Jeff that was just the info I was looking for. I placed an order last night.
Jul 7, 2010 at 5:35 am #1626857Aaron, will you post a brief review here, to let us know how you like it, when it arrives?
Jul 7, 2010 at 11:28 am #1626977I sure can. This will be my first wood stove so take my opinion for what it worth.
Jul 7, 2010 at 11:34 am #1626979When you load the stove, try to pick dry sticks about the diameter of a pencil. Smaller, and they burn up too quickly. Larger, and sometimes they are hard to catch.
