Look at this guy's gear list. We can learn what not to take. You don't need to be prepared for anything and everything.

There is/was a website that I saw a while back that was kind of the opposite of this guy. It was a German/Swiss/Scandinavian guy (I think) that had a super minimalist packing list that he used for foreign travel. Basically, I think the guy did not carry any luggage and carried his entire travel gear in his pockets!
Does anybody remember seeing this website?
