I just heard about this today from a health nut that I work with a thought that some of you would probably love this stuff. Its basically dehydrated peanutbutter with less fat and calories but retains the protein. Its a powder you simply add water until desired consistency is reached. Less calories than traditional peanut butter but it might be easier to travel with. It is gluten free, contains no trans fat, no added hydrogenated oils, is cholesterol free, and is all natural.Anyways take a look, thought I would share:

The "Pro" version has slightly more calories and good fatty acids. 129 calories/oz

Personally? Use it in recipes. It is good in rice, pasta, etc…but as PB it isn't so hot.
