The only thing that I every care for from Golite was the Reed Rain Pants. Outside of that, pfft…well I can see how their profit margin is so high…I mean look at this stuff. Everything have gone up in weight, selections are limited, etc.

Do you think they can really have a poly base layer that only weighs 2oz? I take a long sleeve baselayer top and bottom year round to sleep in and camp use and have been using Patagonia Capaline, but it is twice the weight. This seems too good to be true.

Hey Brad…would base layers be what one would use to keep their body from dirtying up their sleeping bags…like instead of a sleeping bag liner? If so, which of these would you recommend to absorb sweat but that would not be too hot for summer? Would I have to get a long sleeve to be extra careful with my bag?
