They are already sold out! Since, this is a limited production run does this mean there will be no more available? Where the pre-ordered ones the only ones we can expect?

Not trying to be pi*sy, I'm really not, but I don't understand why you're unwilling to say how many were available. Not that that matters. I just don't understand the secrecy behind it. I'm sure you have a reason, I just can't figure out what it would be. FWIW.
