    I placed an order before 2 weeks and BPL changed my order status to shipped, but USPS reports the items are not received for shipping yet.

    My credit card has been charged but items are not shipped.

    Support is terrible i do not get answers to my tickets.

    What is going on?

    Just to clarify what's happed, correct me if I'm wrong:

    1.You placed an order two weeks ago for some stuff from BPL.
    2.Your credit card was charged for the order.
    3.BPL says the product has shipped.
    4.USPS says the product hasn't been received from BPL.

    If that's what happened contact BPL and get them to tell you what happened. If BPL is unable to explain what happened then call your credit card company, tell them your situation and they will refund your money.

    You should post this message in the BPL product support forum… it will get seen much more easily there by BPL staff.
