I’m trying to pack ‘lighter’ or multitask equipment, and wondering: Has anyone has built a chair by double-duty-ing their external backpack frame?

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

a cottage industry retailer has done this. LuxuryLite Pack

scroll down the page & eventually you’ll find an illustration of the pack which partially shows this capability. you’ll need to look carefully for it.

The combination of a Sling-Light chair inside a Moonbow Gearskin. The chair makes the Gearskin carry like an external frame pack.
