Normally I use one of my ti needle stakes as a toothbrush handle, but often it is tied up for guyline use on the shelter. My firesteel mini is more often free and ready as a great toothbrush handle. More comfortable than the ti stake too. For details on how to prep the toothbrush head see this post.

Feb 29, 2008 at 6:50 am #1422495I'd rather shove a firesteel (which only ever sees another piece of metal and is relatively easy to clean) than a ti-stake (which is getting shoved into the ground and consequently through who-knows-what) any day.
