I have a standard Caldera Cone and was wondering if they will be fine useing them as a wood burner stove with little alteration?
They have a titanium cone which uses tent pegs to raise the pot, it is possable on my cone, will the aluminum cone last useing wood??
Feb 6, 2008 at 10:30 am #1419383You'll melt the aluminum cone with the direct flame. I've been working with aluminum Bushbuddy designs and learned this quickly. Cool idea but you'll need steel or titanium.
